Local Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are also shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Kindly allow for delivery in transit for a few additional days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please be aware that shipping costs may change occasionally; therefore, updated figures will always be available on the checkout page. Delivery delays can happen due to unavoidable circumstances, and you will be informed and advised when they occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Apple Black Technologies Kenya currently ships to locations within Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, but to specific addresses agreed upon by the client, such as apartments, house numbers, petrol stations, or restaurants.

Shipment & Order tracking

You will receive an order confirmation right after placing your order, and a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Apple Black Technologies Kenya is not liable for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Apple Black Technologies Kenya is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Kindly keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

We do not allow returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@appleblack.com  with details of the product and the defect.

You can send the item you consider defective by contacting us or visiting us in our warehouse with details of the product and the defect.

Once we receive the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe about your eligibility for a refund or replacement due to the defect. If you qualify for a replacement or a refund, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price using your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us or visit us in our warehouse with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not cover any shipping and handling charges listed on the packaging slip or invoice. You must prepay and insure all shipping costs for returns. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the hardware during shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
